The city of Chattanooga, is at the transition, between the ridge-and-valley portion of the Appalachian Mountains and the Cumberland Plateau, with Its official nickname the "Scenic City", alluding to those surrounding mountains and ridges. and it just so happens, that one of those, scenic views, was once home to lavish swinger parties, drugs, organized crime, which even lead to murder, Billy Hull's Swingers Tiki Palace aka the Playboy Mansion of the South.
