Hey Players!
Thanks for joining me on this bitter sweet day.
This episode marks the end of the Playticity Podcast. In it I describe the reason for the wrap-up, what inspired the podcast, lessons learned, my gratitude for the journey, and all of the guests who made it possible.
I also briefly discuss where I plan to go from here - this may be the end of Playticity, but there are other projects in the works.
Finally I want to end by saying a sincere thank you to everyone who joined me on this journey. Knowing that there were others out there listening to my rambles and lost trains of thought definitely inspired me to keep the episodes coming as long as I did.
That's all for now - keep playing kids!
Hey Players!
Welcome back to another episode of the Playticity Podcast.
This week I reflect on my solo trip to Montreal. The experience I had being completely alone in a new city, putting myself out there to strangers, regrets I had, lessons I learned, and other takeaways.

Hey players!
Welcome back to another episode of the Playticity podcast. This episode finds me opening up about the mental health struggles I have been going through over the past number of months.
I talk about the process of trying to live more courageously in the face of self-judgment, shame, and pain, and learning to see other people as comrades instead of enemies.
I referenced Alfred Adler in the podcast and here is the book:
The Courage to Be Disliked

Hi Players!
Welcome back to the Playticity Podcast.
This week we talk to my friend Sam about meditation, mindfulness, and in particular, Sam's experiences in taking part in multiple 10 day meditation retreats.
This is a fascinating conversation where we discuss some of the main ideas behind mindfulness, why it is an important thing to cultivate, the difficulty of sitting in silence, some of the parallels between psychedelics and meditation, and much more.
Hope you enjoy this one.

Welcome back to the Playticity Podcast!
This week the topic is Cannabis, weed, marijuana, or whatever term you like to use.
Ben Walker, a fitness coach, influencer, and a facilitator for the Connect with Cannabis course (created by Ryan Sprague) comes on the podcast to walk us through his unlikely path into the world of cannabis, common misconceptions around the plant, the tremendous benefits it has provided him, reasons why people fall into unhealthy relationships, the importance of interacting with Cannabis as another living thing, being intentional with your use, and the masculine and feminine aspects of the plant.
At the end, Ben also walks me through an intention setting exercise for how to approach my relationship with Cannabis in a new way after taking a break from it for the past month and a half.
This is an awesome episode filled with tons of practical tips, and great insights that will help those who have never interacted with Cannabis, to those that use it frequently, to see this wonderful plant in a new light.

The Playticity podcast is back! After a multi month long hiatus, I've decided to start creating again - what that ends up looking like nobody knows.
In this episode I talk about why you should just 'bloody' create, the logic behind the return, regrets, and why there is never a right time to do the thing you want to do in life.
Hope this resonates with someone out there.

Hi all,
I spend this episode telling you the story of the mushroom trip I had on June 25. It was an experience worth sharing, full of twists and turns, war and peace, trees, boxing, kicking, and a whole lot of craziness.
Hope you enjoy.

Hi players,
This week I talk about the Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi and how approaching life with an acceptance of imperfection can take the pressure off of us, and allow us to live more authentic, character filled lives.
Hope you enjoy.
