conflict avoidance has always been such a flex for me from my teenage years. but your avoidance of conflict can be one of the most damaging things for your adult relationships and interactions! 

it’s all about your approach, your attitude, and your intention! in this episode i talk all about how i noticed my people-pleasing habits, what it did to my relationships, and how i’m unlearning this unhealthy way of living! i also talk about the differences between healthy and unhealthy communication during conflict! 

remember: conflict is unavoidable and is supposed to be healthy and productive!! in each of your relationships, consider your role in the problems and what ways you can invite changes to improve the quality of your connections.

comfort zones are the complete opposite of what they claim to be. i’ve been in a season of discomfort for some time now and i’m finally committing to doing the hard work to break out of the bad habits that keep holding me back from reaching my fullest potential. 

i hope this episode inspires anyone in this season to reflect on their own habits and implement ways to break out of their own cycles. nothing changes if nothing changes.
