It’s the year 2020 in Chicago, IL, and three roommates are trying to make the best of the March-April lockdown by throwing a weekly, themed party to entertain themselves and their downstairs neighbors. Vowing to never throw the same party twice and take the time to radically change themselves, they set out to party away what they think is just a month. But as the pandemic drags on and the days and parties start to meld together, the parties get weirder and their relationships grow strained. Can they make it through the year together? How long even is a year? A week? I honestly can’t remember.

On their quest to find holiday cheer in the dismal year that was 2020, Laura Petro and Sierra Kenyon sit down to watch Jingle Jangle, a new Netflix original Christmas Musical. Prepared for a subpar adventure, your hosts soon find that Jingle Jangle may just have been the movie they needed this holiday season.

It's the penultimate showdown before we crown the winner of the Air Buddies bracket and the competition has never been more fierce. First in this round we have Santa Buddies (2009), in which Puppie Paws learns that his father will someday die, the father of dying child unsuccessfully tries to haggle, and we learn for the first time of Christianity. Will it stand up to Spooky Buddies (2011) in which a warlock rides his staff like a surfboard, we learn more about God, and (I can't stress this enough) a dog farts on a demon until it dies. Who will win in this round of The Bracket Buddies? Who knows because ANY/EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
