I like Vinnie. A brilliant and thoughtful guy, Vinnie created the #NSNG (no sugar, no grains) revolution that has helped countless people find better health and fitness. He also has an excellent new documentary called "Beyond Impossible" available on Amazon Prime. This documentary comes very highly recommended from yours truly, and it explores the dishonesty and corruption within the world of plant-based nutrition.
