To continue with our 'Be Confident' theme, this week Nat is joined by the one and only Jordyn Woods. She opened up about how this past year has affected her, her body confidence journey, and the pressures she has faced being in the spotlight.

Our guest today is Tess Daly, a 32-year old make-up and fashion influencer, who suffers a rare genetic condition and now uses a wheelchair. We spoke to Tess about her disability, the lack of representation of disabled people in the industry and how she has built up her confidence over the years.

This week, Nat is joined by Scientist and Love Island star, Yewande Biala. She explains how she went from developing vaccines to applying for a reality show, the struggles she has faced online, and how all of this has affected her confidence.

To follow on from last month's 'be strong' theme, we are now turning the conversation to confidence. We welcome back our host Nat O'Leary as she chats to Love Island and TOWIE star, Olivia Attwood. Olivia explains how she has built her confidence over the years, her rise to fame, and the journey to getting her own TV show 'Olivia Meets Her Match'. This episode was recorded following COVID-19 guidelines and safe distancing measures.

On the final episode of our Black History Month special, Irene chats to PLT's YouTuber of the Year, Nella Rose. She explains the importance of facing prejudice head on and making your voice heard, and the support the black community needs now more than ever.

Women’s sexual rights activist Oloni joins Irene this week for the third instalment of our BHM special. She explains the struggle of breaking into the creative industry, speaking about sexuality as a Nigerian woman, and the changes she wants to see in the media.

This week, Irene is joined by the gorgeous Leslie Sidora for another BHM special. She tells us all about her vision for her new PLT edit and how it showcases women of all backgrounds, how she uses her platform to give black fashion the space it deserves, and how 2020 has given her a new perspective on life.
