PLUGHITZ Live Presents (Video)

Tea is a new concept brewing device for tea. Similar to the capsule-style drop-in coffee machines, this device allows you to drop in a tea capsule and the machine does the rest. The difference here is that the capsule spins, helping to remove oxygen from the mix, which the company believes is the cause of bitterness.

The idea factory of Cambridge Consultants is responsible for the concept, along with many others. While the organization does not necessarily bring their ideas to market, they do work with manufacturers and licensing companies to make it happen.

Belkin, who has been attempting to enhance their poor brand image, is also trying to enhance the poor media performance of the iPad. With their new Thunderstorm Handheld Theater they have added both a kickstand, similar to the HTC Evo, and an enhanced speaker, to replace the built-in speaker.

All of this currently works through the Apple 30-pin connector, though a Lightning Connect version is coming soon. The standard connector is available above for $199.

Bluetooth audio is a great concept, but not everyone likes the feel of standard Bluetooth headsets. That is where Felt Audio comes in with their modular Bluetooth earbuds. Designed to look and function like standard earbuds, these headphones have a retractable cord from the buds to the transceiver.

In addition to the earbuds, Felt Audio has also introduced what they call the world's smallest speaker system, the Pulse. It can be used as wither a musical speaker or a speakerphone with its omnidirectional microphone. This mic is prefect for use on a conference table for a whole group, or on the desk for just you.

If you travel as often as broadcasters do, you know the intense fear of losing your luggage. If you show up in Vegas in time for CES and your baggage is in Chicago, it can make your week really problematic. While it is impossible to improve the airlines, there is a solution to the fear.

Trakdot has a product to let you know at all times where your baggage is. Using GPS, the device will send you an SMS to alert you of its whereabouts when it stops moving. If your baggage does land in Chicago, at least you will know where it is. Coming in April for only $49.99, the device will only cost you $12.99 per year.

A second model of the device, intended for people who travel with equipment, will incorporate a gyroscope or accelerometer to let you know if your baggage has been dropped and rammed during transport.
