In this episode we go deep on mental health. I will be talking about my experiences of severe anxiety, sharing with you what I have learned on this journey and what I did in the first instance that helped to kickstart my recovery.
By the end of this episode you will be aware of the steps I used in order to improve my mental health dramatically over the years. If you do not have mental health concerns right now, I will also provide some advice and a coaching tool so that you can reduce the chances of suffering going forward.

In today's episode we are going to share a few examples of the potential suffering that can be caused by setting our expectations too high. We will also talk about cultivating a solid mindset that can be used in order to reduce that suffering.
