We all carry burdens—responsibilities, unanswered prayers, spiritual burdens, and the weight of circumstances that can leave us weary and discouraged. But there comes a moment when God steps in and does what we cannot do for ourselves.
In “The Lifter,” we are reminded that God is faithful in the carrying, faithful in the waiting, and faithful to lift the weight from our shoulders. Even when the journey feels too long and the burden feels too heavy, somewhere in the going, God helps.
This message challenges us to keep moving, keep praying, keep praising, and keep trusting God—even when we don't feel like it. When heaviness tries to shift our focus onto our circumstances, we can choose to worship the One who is greater than the problem. And when we lift our eyes to Him, we discover that we don't have to carry it all alone—the Lifter is coming.
If you're weary, burdened, or wondering how you're going to make it another step, this message is for you.
In this message from Matthew 14, we are reminded of who Jesus is in the middle of our storms. When Peter began to sink, his simple cry—“Lord, save me”—was met immediately by the hand of Jesus.
From His saving power and healing virtue to His mercy, forgiveness, and grace, this message explores the many characteristics of Christ and the truth that Jesus is everything we need. No matter how many times we have fallen, how overwhelming our circumstances may be, or how far we feel from God, He is still reaching for us. He is still our Savior, our Healer, our Advocate, and our Redeemer.
Be encouraged to trust Him in your storm, believe Him for your miracle, and remember: He loves to save.
What happens when we rediscover the power, promises, and truth found in the Word of God? In this message from 2 Kings 22, we are reminded of the story of Josiah, who rediscovered the forgotten Word and experienced a renewed passion for God and His people. The Word of God is more than a book—it brings hope, strength, healing, direction, and faith when we need it most. Be encouraged to open the Word again, rediscover its promises, and trust that God's Word is still powerful enough to change your life.
In a world that constantly pressures us to be perfect, God is calling us to something far more powerful: presence. This message challenges fathers, husbands, and leaders to move from passive to active—to be present in their homes, lead with purpose, and take responsibility for the spiritual atmosphere of their families. Through the examples of Adam, Eli, and Joshua, we are reminded that our families don’t need perfect men; they need men who will show up, speak up, pray, lead, and serve the Lord with purpose. Ultimately, the call is simple: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
What do you do with a promise while you’re still waiting for the proof? This message reminds us that there are seasons when we stand between where we’ve been and where God is taking us—holding onto His promise when we can’t yet see the evidence.
Through the story of Israel crossing the Jordan, we are challenged to sanctify ourselves, trust God’s Word, and take the step of faith before the waters part. Consecration comes before clarity, and sometimes you have to get your feet wet before you see the miracle.
The promise is still true. It’s time to get your feet wet.
This powerful message challenges us to examine what truly motivates our walk with God. A “better amen” is not based on applause, comfort, circumstances, or what following Christ may cost—it is rooted in a love for Jesus that refuses to negotiate. Through Revelation 12, we are reminded that we are overcomers through the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.
When life gets difficult, will we surrender, or will we give God a better amen? This message is an encouragement to leave the wrong altars behind, return to Jesus, and choose Him above everything else.
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
What happens when your faith is weak, the promises seem delayed, and life leaves you feeling worn and imperfect? Pastor Gentry Mangun reminds us that God is not only the God of Abraham and Isaac—He is also the God of Jacob. He meets us in our struggles, transforms us through them, and never gives up on us. Whatever you are facing, the God of Israel is with you every step of the way.
Praise is more than a response to what God has done—it is a declaration of who He is. This powerful message reminds us that even when life feels heavy, our circumstances do not have to determine our praise. Through the story of Judah, we see that praise can become our strength, our defense, and a pathway into God’s presence.
When you don’t know what else to do, praise Him. Your situation may change, but God is still worthy of your praise.
We live in a world filled with choices, but what happens when God invites us to give Him more than the bare minimum? This message challenges us to move beyond a checklist mentality and recognize that the things God asks of us are not meant to burden us—they are invitations into deeper intimacy with Him.
Through the rich young ruler and the woman with the alabaster box, we are reminded that love will take us beyond what is required and inspire us to give God our whole heart. When we truly love Him, what was once optional becomes necessary.
What does it really mean to be alive in Jesus? In this sermon, we are reminded that proximity is not connection—being near Jesus is not the same as being connected to Him. Jesus calls us to abide in Him, drawing our strength, grace, and life from the Vine so that we can grow and bear fruit.
When life leaves us bruised, buried, or overwhelmed, the Father is not punishing us—He is tending to us. Everything worth producing in our lives comes from the Vine, and the key is simply to stay connected.
