  • #29. Crafting Timeless Jewelry: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at The Sleek Kitty with Sharon Winchester

In this episode of the podcast, I sit down with Sharon Winchester, the talented artist, designer, and founder of The Sleek Kitty, a handcrafted jewelry brand that has made waves in the industry with its clean lines and timeless pieces. Sharon shares her story of relocating from the Metro Detroit Area to the Bay Area, and how her two daughters helped inspire the name of her business.

As we delve deeper into Sharon's creative process, she shares that every piece of jewelry is made to order, using only the finest quality materials. The Sleek Kitty offers a broad range of options, from custom pieces to traditional designs, to cater to everyone's style preferences and price points.

Sharon also talks about the sheer excitement of seeing her jewelry worn by celebrities and TV stars and shares her journey of applying for and being accepted into The Artisan Group. This led to amazing opportunities for her to showcase her custom pieces, which have been featured on popular TV shows like All American, Riverdale, MacGyver, Law & Order SVU, Home Economics, This Is Us, Y&R, Amber Brown, and Dog Gone, as well as Hallmark Channel and Lifetime movies. Her jewelry has even made appearances on award shows like the Oscars and Golden Globes. Sharon also shares her experience of attending the GBK pre-Oscar gifting suite this year, where her jewelry was showcased alongside other prestigious brands.

Join me for this inspiring conversation with Sharon Winchester, as we learn more about her journey and the beautiful jewelry she creates at The Sleek Kitty.
