This week Dr. Cruse focuses on vaccine safety, specifically the data around the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and  the pause of its use due to cerebral venous sinus thrombosis and why he believes that was an over reaction. He reminds us that everyone 16 and older is now eligible to receive the vaccine and encourages everyone to go out and do so.

He reviews some of the multi organ system damage that current can occur from Covid and evidence of chronic lung damage even in young healthy people with mild symptoms. Finally he would reviews data from the UK, supporting delaying second doses to increase the percentage of the population getting at least 1 dose.
