Dr Cruse explains why Wayne County has such a lower incidence of Covid-19 than surrounding counties.  He discusses Governor Wolf's plan to re-open outdoor recreation activities and why that's a good way to help people be more active while still maintaining safety and distance.  Antibody testing is becoming more widely available.  Dr Cruse helps us understand why antibody testing in a community with a relatively low spread of the disease can be inaccurate, but still helpful.

Dr Cruse updates the total count of infections for the state of PA.  He elaborates on some recent test results using hydroxychloroquine and explains why it's a good idea to wait until substantial testing has been done before adopting a new treatment.  The hospital will slowly resume more and more of its normal services and procedures, and Dr Cruse fills us in on those plans.  Finally, Dr Cruse explains why this virus should be viewed as a "human" virus rather than a virus originating from a particular place or group of people.
