However, if you heed that advice, there's always this: "Fix what you started incorrectly so that you don't go crazy later when you're trying to balance 50,000 plates in the air."

Regardless which advice you followed when you started out, you'll undoubtedly come to a place where you realize the importance of organization.  While there are as many ways to get organized when it comes to your POD business as there are POD printers, the important thing is to not wait to implement some sort of strategy. It may feel like overkill now, but eventually as you grow, you'll appreciate the time you took to do it.
