In today’s study, we are back at it with another Q&A! This is our 17th edition of our popular question and answer series, and it is packed with great questions. We hope our answers are as good as the questions we were asked, and this includes a question concerning whether angels eat, and if so, what do they eat… does everyone have to make restitution… how do we interpret Heb. 6:4-6… how do you know if you’re in God’s will. Then the child’s question was concerning Samson once again, but boy… it is a tough one!  As a bonus, we talk about a topic that was sent to us by one of our faithful listeners… my, there are some disturbing things going on in our world.

In today’s study, we finish looking at the man who was born blind, that Jesus healed. The leaders were so tore up about this, they brought the man’s parents in to question them. They asked them if this was their son, if he was born blind, and then they asked them how was he able to see now. They feared the Jews, and feared being cast out of the synagogue, so they made their son speak for himself. He gets a little upset, and he tells them that he doesn’t know much about the One who healed him, but he does know one thing: I once was blind, but now I see! Tempers flared after this, and we cover many aspects of what happened. In our Q&A segment, we were asked the following question: What are your thoughts on Zech. 14:12?

In today’s study, we open a discussion that just kept getting bigger and bigger. We talked about the difference between how people become sons of God, and how they come under the power of the enemy. Ironically, the angelic host and even demons were created by God, and they are also sons of God. We took all of this knowledge, and then began a conversation on a much debated passage… Gen. 6. This has been a topic of fight, argument, and debate for a long time, and you know us… we can’t stay out of subjects like this!
We waded off into some powerful stuff today… we hope you’re ready to swim, because this lesson gets deep in a hurry.

In today’s study, we enter one of the most dramatic chapters in the Gospel of John. We talk about the man who was born blind, and how Jesus healed him on that wonderful sabbath day. Of course, this made the religious Jews very upset. They griped about the broken commandment of men more than they praised God for this great miracle. We discuss the ancient belief that says if a person has a problem, they must have sin in their life. In all, we go over a lot of interesting stuff that John mentions in the narrative, and it makes for a powerful study. In our Q&A segment, we gave an answer to this question: 
I don’t mean this to sound critical, but what is the big deal about the land there in the Middle East? Those people have been fighting for most of history.

In today’s study, we conduct a biblical version of the modern question: Who’s Your Daddy? Jesus accused the religious Jews of having the devil as their father, and my, did tempers flare! They told Him that Abraham was their father, and Jesus totally annihilated their claims. They accused Him of being devil possessed, and then our Lord told them that He existed before Abraham, but He did it in such a way that He also claimed to be the Great I AM from the Burning Bush! When He told them Abraham rejoiced to see His day, they were determined to kill Him on the spot. In our Q&A segment, we answered an interesting question: We read of Pharaoh in many places, was this the same person?

In today’s study, we study the concept of Holy Ground. We go back to themes that are very familiar to all, but then we venture into territory a lot of people might be surprised about. In our discussion of holy ground, we talk about Naaman and his trip to see the prophet Elisha, David being driven from Israel by King Saul, Jacob at Bethel, and more. Wherever God is, that place is holy ground for as long as He is present there. Mankind has always sought to obtain holy ground, and in today’s episode, we have a conversation concerning how that is made possible.

In today’s study, we rehash those verses where Jesus told the people that they were His disciples if they continued in His Word, and if they know the truth, the truth will make them free. Then we speak of how the Jews argued that they had never been in bondage to anyone, because they are children of Abraham. Jesus told them they rebuffed them by telling them if they were children of Abraham, they wouldn’t be seeking to kill Him. As always, this riled the Jews greatly, and they begin getting very volatile towards Christ. We believe this episode will open your eyes to some things, but you must listen to it first, before that can happen! In our Q&A segment, we tried to answer a tough question: What are your thoughts on 1John 5:16 and the sin unto death, and the sin not unto death?

In today’s study, we are thrilled to present to you our 16th Q&A! This episode is packed with tough questions such as where the altar came from that Elijah rebuilt, if each child has their own personal angel that watches over them, if the Holy Ghost and the Holy Spirit are the same thing, and then our child’s question was concerning whether or not Samson broke his vow by touching the jawbone of an ass. In today’s study, we go over how Jesus told the people that He is the Light of the world.
He told the people that day that His judgment is true, and that theirs was not true. He said that if they knew the Father, they would have known Him as well. He slapped them with the statement that they would die in their sins, and even despite this, there were many people in the crowd who still believed on Him. In our Q&A segment, we were asked an age-old question: Why did God call for a blood sacrifice? Why was it blood and not water?
