In today’s study, we visit a very familiar passage. We began John 4, and we follow Him as He ‘must needs’ go through Samaria. He had something more on His mind than just sightseeing. He was on a Divine appointment to rescue a woman who had too many men in her life, but needed One more. We cover a little over half of this encounter today, but there is so much to discuss here! We talk about this setting, the woman’s situation, and her failed relationships. We tie in some Jewish cultural information along with exploring a few word meanings as well. In our Q&A segment today, we were asked the question: Do you believe any of the people who claim to be healed at big tent meetings actually get healed, or all they all fake?

Today, we take a departure from our usual focus of answering tough questions that have been sent to us, and we fulfill a request by a few listeners.
We have had several people who have wanted to hear a whole episode of Bro. Donald King singing.
We have a special guest with us today as well, my sister Shanea Wilson, and she sings a few songs, and helps out on piano on several songs too.
My dad plays the guitar on the songs that I am on Mandolin, and I play guitar on the rest of the songs.
We might not be the best (we aren't), but we do what we do for the glory of God.

In today’s episode, we look at something that is very important for us to all get right. Jesus is to be glorified, praised, honored, and this tells us that He must increase. More of Jesus and less of me means that we must decrease. If more of us could look at things like John the Baptist did, we would be better people, our churches would be more Christ-like, and we would probably see more souls saved. We look at all aspects of the things included in the narrative, along with a few word studies, and some Jewish culture as well. In our Q&A segment, we were asked what we felt was a really good question: 
I have a friend who is Catholic, and their family has some very conservative beliefs, so this causes me to wonder: Do you believe there will be any Catholics in Heaven?
We feel confident this study will be challenging, but we believe it will also be a blessing to you as well.

In today’s episode, we continue our examination of the various gods and goddesses who influence our culture. I’m sure I know two things that you’re thinking right now: Number one, I never heard of the goddess Hera. Number two, there is a goddess of jealousy? What kind of goddess would this be? I’d say anyone who has ever felt the emotion of jealousy should have a pretty good idea what kind of goddess this is!
We believe this will be a very eye-opening study for all of you, and we encourage you to stay until the end!

In today’s episode, we examine the fact that men love darkness more than they love the Light. They are afraid to have their deeds made manifest by coming to the Light. We move on from this and we follow Jesus down to where John was baptizing, and we see a dispute arise between John’s disciples and the Jews about purification. John spoke to his disciples afterward, and he explained that he was the friend of the Bridegroom. In our Q&A segment, we were asked this question: Could you take a few minutes and explain the setting in Luke 20:20-26 when the Pharisees sent spies to catch Jesus in His words, for I find it a little confusing to understand? 
We look at several things in the text, and we see some amazing things that we feel you will truly enjoy.

In today’s episode, we begin a series of studies that will cover several gods and goddesses. We will be looking at what they are known for, and what sins are connected to them. Aphrodite is a most interesting figure to study. She is known for some things many people would call good, but we dig down deep to uncover the shameful and sinful things that make Aphrodite one of the worst goddesses. Is there anyone in America who would worship this false goddess?

In today’s episode, we looked at some of the most familiar verses in the entire Bible.
We discuss what Jesus meant by saying that He is in Heaven while He was here on earth, the lifting of the serpent on the pole, and then we talked about the love of God for a while. We dug into what Jesus meant when He said He didn’t come to condemn the world, and then we finished up by looking at the full purpose concerning why Jesus came in His first coming. In our Q&A segment, we were asked a good question: 
I fully believe in the KJV without reservation, and I also accept referrals to the original Greek and Hebrew words, but how do you feel about other modern translations also being used as a referral? I’m not talking about using them as the final authority, but as an aid in understanding.
Even though these scriptures might be familiar to you, we covered several other interesting things we believe you will enjoy.

In today’s episode, we cover something that we have looked at before, but we dive in deep with this episode. We believe that idolatry is the most common sin of our day, despite the fact that most people in America consider it to be only a sin of the past, or of the heathen peoples. We try to expose this awful sin by linking specific sins with the gods that were known for those sins. I am afraid there are many people who entertain elements of these sins, and that means that they also entertain the spirits of these other gods. The end result is idolatry in 2023.
We pray that you will listen to this episode with a sober mind.

In today’s episode, we go through some more of the conversation between Nicodemus and Jesus. We examine some of the powerful phrases used here in this passage, along with some of the word meanings from the original Greek. Nicodemus seemed a little confused halfway through their conversation, and then Jesus really gives him some things to think about. If you have a struggle understanding earthly things, how will you ever comprehend the Heavenly things? In our Q&A segment we were asked the following question: I was saved for many years, but I am ashamed to say, I backslid for several years. By God’s mercy and grace, He has received me back. My question is this: At the judgment seat of Christ, will all my works be remembered, or just the ones since I have come back to the Lord? 
We feel this will be a thought-provoking study today.
