In today’s study, we are given a front row seat to one of the best explanations of how the Godhead works together. Jesus tells us how to receive eternal life, and then He describes the difference between the two different resurrections. Before He ends His discourse, Jesus says that there are some who bear witness of Him. We dig into all of these things, along with some very powerful word meanings in this passage that we try to showcase. In our Q&A segment, we were asked an intriguing question: The church I go to allows us to have TVs, but I really have a problem with sitting under a minister who watches the trash I see on TV… is there a difference between the ministry and the average layperson?
We truly feel this will be an episode that all of us could gain some great things from.

In today’s study, we conduct our 13th Q&A! We don’t believe that the number 13 is unlucky. By the time you finish this episode that is packed with great questions, we don’t figure you will believe it is either! We were asked about multiple wives again, and we were also asked why Jesus had to fast, the significance of 14 generations in Matthew, and what do people mean when they say that God spoke to them.
We finish this edition with a question from a child concerning ball games.

In today’s study, we continue looking at the story of the man laying by the Pool of Bethesda. We talk about some serious issues within this text, what really happened, and what it all means. Jesus told the man to sin no more lest a worse thing come upon him, and we believe that is good counsel for us today. The Jews got together and began plotting to kill Jesus after this, for several reasons. He healed this man, He healed him on the Sabbath, and He also claimed to be equal with God.
In our Q&A segment, we were asked the question: In Is. 20, God instructs Isaiah to go naked for 3 years.  Do you think this actually happened? Or do you know some reason we can believe it was metaphorical?  I know God would not ask His people to do such a thing now, but maybe God was just being radical to get a message across.

In today’s study, we extended our study of false gods with one of the most well-known ones. Bacchus has been the subject of many a book, self-help group, and has had multiple movies made about him. If he isn’t known by name, he is certainly known by the sins that are associated with him. He is the party god, and his followers love drinking, partying, and having orgies in his honor. We expose how deceptive Bacchus is, and then we compare and contrast him with the Lord. There is no doubt that Bacchus has many followers, but our God is by far the greatest.

In today’s study, we finish John 4 and then we enter into John 5, and the storyline is full of exciting things. As we end chapter 4, Jesus goes back into Cana of Galilee, and there He meets up with a Nobleman. This nobleman has a servant that needs immediate help, and Jesus doesn’t fail to come through for them. As we enter into chapter 5, we see a familiar scene…  There is a man laid by the Pool of Bethesda, who is awaiting a chance to be healed of his 38-year-old infirmity. We throw in a good bit of Jewish culture along with a few word meanings, and wow! In our Q&A segment, we were asked this question: Who do you believe wrote 1st & 2nd Chronicles? I have heard that a scribe may have written them, but it bothers me to think that some unnamed person may have written something into our Bibles.
This is a powerful episode and question, and you don’t want to miss any of it!

In today’s study, we continue our series concerning false gods and goddesses by looking at one of each that is found within our very own Bibles by name. We dig into the backgrounds of Dagon and Diana, and then we expose what they were known and worshipped for. We find some pretty interesting things regarding both of them, and we feel that this information will be of a help to you. As always, we compare these to the One True God, and we also contrast Him with them.

In today’s study, we conversed about what happened after Jesus revealed His identity to the woman at the well. She didn’t keep it quiet, nor did she keep it to herself. She went through Samaria, telling everyone about this One she just met. She was convincing enough to get the townspeople to go out and meet Him for themselves. Many people believed on Him, and this causes us to ask: How good are we doing at witnessing? We believe we might could take some lessons from this loose living Samaritan woman from years ago. In our Q&A segment, we were asked the question: Do you believe it is ok to allow children to read books about ghosts, witches, or paranormal activity?

In today’s study, we cover 3 more of the most wicked gods and goddesses out there.
We talked about Nemesis and the spirit of revenge that she is known for.
We discussed Hecate, and realized several things about her that chilled our soul.
As we spoke about the god named Pluto, we began to understand how he held so much power over people. If you’re wondering what I’m talking about, then you just need to tune in and listen and see for yourself!

In today’s study, we finish the setting where Jesus met the woman at the well. She recognized He was a prophet pretty quickly, but the more He talked, she began to think of the Messiah. We discuss how Jesus told her to go get her husband, the woman’s response, and then Jesus’ shocking statement. The woman decided to talk religion, but considering Who she was speaking to, she was way out of her league! Jesus revealed Himself unto her as the Messiah, told her that God is a Spirit, and told her how to worship before this conversation ended. In our Q&A segment, we answer this question: Would you please define what ‘worldliness’ is? 
All my life I have heard people talk about things or people who were worldly, and I’ve always wondered what this meant.

In today’s study, we complete a full year of doing these Q&A’s, with our 12th one! We didn’t think the questions could get any better than the ones we had last month, but wow! You sent us several questions that made us think, search, and pray for these answers. We are firm believers that it is not a sin to have questions.
