The winners of the 68th National Film Awards were announced in New Delhi. The Best Actor award for the year is to be shared by Suriya and Ajay Devgn for their work in Soorarai Pottru and Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior respectively.

 The Bollywood star, who has previously won the National Film Award for Best Actor for his performances in "Zakhm" (1998) and "The Legend of Bhagat Singh" (2002), said he was elated to receive the honour for the third time.

The winners for the 68th National Film Awards were selected by the 10-member jury headed by Hindi filmmaker Vipul Shah.

Television Actor Deepesh Bhan who played the character of Malkhan in the famous sitcom 'Bhabhi ji Ghar Par hai' passed away on 23 July 2022 due to unknown reasons. The Supreme Court of India allowed Right to abortion for unmarried women. On Thursday 21 July The Supreme Court of India allowed unmarried women to do safe abortion. The top court of the country observed that it would be a restrictive interpretation of the MTP Act and Rules, to limit right of abortion of pregnancy exceeding  only to married women. CBSE has released the Class 12 term 2 exam Results of 2022.
