The industry has changed a lot in the last decade, and especially the last 2 years. He tells us about the issues they had to deal with during Covid, and how they managed to grow into a new space nearly 5 times bigger. Can they become a staple in the community, and a ride destination like they hope? What will it take to reach that goal?
