  "My friend and I always share that. You know, it's like growing out of our shells. Anything that is not working, that used to work, reflects how we have grown. So if something becomes disorganized, it just shows that you have grown out of your shell. And the more frequent it happens, the faster your growth is. So, yeah, that's an outlook. Have a great day.   "So I recently got my autism diagnosis, and my whole life I just thought I was less than. I thought I was stupid. I thought I was just incapable of anything. I put myself down daily, and it was just kind of sad how I was living my life talking bad about myself and just putting myself down pretty much daily. And then I got my autism diagnosis, and it kind of just was like a light bulb came on. I finally had a reason for the way I am."

  "The first thing I do is I tell, I tell them, I tell them to google neurodivergent to understand what the word means, because, oh my God, there are so many people who do not know what is neurology. There are so many people who do not, who are not aware. I think the, in my country, the only neurodivergent disorder that people are aware of is dyslexia."
