"And really, this is like the tip of the iceberg with respect to neurodivergence and food. Eating it, preparing it, barriers, too. Executive functioning, shifting cognitive load. Like, there are so many different aspects of even eating disorders. Arfid, for one. I'm still figuring these things out for myself, but I've made significant changes in my relationships and in the way that I do things that have really led to a healthier practice of eating."
