  "And if you're in the service industry, I mean, you don't get to choose. You don't. You develop new muscles. The way we see people is often the difference between manipulating and motivating them. If we don't want people, if we don't want to help people, yet we want them to help us, then we get into trouble. And Greg and I really hit home on that.   "The catering was beautiful and just the collaboration was great. The organization is healthy and it is for. I'm on the executive board of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, and we're currently working on our economic forecasts and, you know, just financial health and all of that. A lot of developmental projects that are in our community. We do a lot of advocacy work on the state, local level as well. So, you know, there's just that happened."

  "This kid was in the dealership for five years. He looked like about six years old. Six, seven, man and wife. And they were just all about it. I mean, there was really no conflict there. Everything was going along nicely. They were respected, respectful people. We had a really good time in there, except when it came to negotiating the contract. We both wanted everything. And my process was so foo barred. Foo barred that it didn't work."
