"And I want to pose this question if there's something in your life that isn't really working anymore, that you know it's not quite right, but it's time for a big change. Sometimes it is literally too scary to let go of divine and trust that there'll be another one there. But can you start by exploring?"

"And I always come back to it only takes a little bit of coherence to raise the entire sea of chaos out of chaos. And coherence can be as small as just one person, or it could be a group. I've posted before about a choir becoming coherent, singing a very short song."

"I lead people through change and I know that what she says so powerfully in this speech is a turning point for people. Can I believe in who I know I am? Can I believe in that so hard that in the face of all adversity I know it's my truth, I keep my energy in that future and I carry on. Who are you? Who do you know you are?"

  • @lauriemcginley | What would you do to feel better?

"And this is the core of feeling better. If you feel painted into a corner, like you don't have any choices, like you're trapped, you do have choices. They are there and you'll see them once you change your energy. That is the core of what I do with people. That's why people hire me. I've been obsessed with this for 34 years. I love talking about it."

"You can draw a picture if the wish involved somebody else. What if you wrote a thank you letter to them and said, thank you so much for bringing this into my life, and I'm done with it now, and I'm sending it back to you. It never was mine. I had it for a while, and now it's yours. And then. So what do you do with this? You can burn it and let it go."

"So I'm going to invite Andrea, who you can find at Andrea underscore climate, because she, eleven months ago, got me over the hump of something I had been trying to change for probably 20 years, to go all in on a primarily plant based diet. And if you've heard Andrea, she's great. She's just got this way of just like, helping you see what is. And so it's been eleven months and I feel amazing."

"Talk to me about how you have often in the worldview of somebody else, doesn't have to be somebody from another country. It could be your neighbor who just has a really different belief. Because when we come together and soften our beliefs, that's when we can actually connect to each other."

"And this video is short and cute and delightful, and that song is probably going to be stuck in my head now all day. When you're well as a leader, those around you are well without doing anything just by being near you. Go. I use meditation to gain heart and mind coherence twice a day, every day. Where do you need to take this up a notch to give your team that boost that they need, even if they're not meditators?"

Click here to reply to @lauriemcginley

"And during that time, I slowly, with every excruciating step, crushed a bone in my own foot. That was the first time in my life that the force of will of my mind got checked by my body. And it took me years to learn the lesson. I kept doing stuff like that, but my foot has hurt with every step I have taken since I was 19 and I am 46 now. That's a lot of steps to have learned that lesson."
