"So I did want to ask you was that some of the thought process behind this is really kind of educating young adults and young people around health and how the body actually works, and was that kind of the impetus of what you wanted to write? But more importantly, as an author and illustrator, my main question here is, what comes first? Is it something that you draw? Is it something that you illustrate and then build a story around?"

"But since I'm a huge fan of like Downton Abbey and Gilded Age and what's the new one? Bridgeton. That Victorian era time frame. Like the fashion. I just love the fashion and how we conversate. So my question to you is how do I transition or get inspiration from writing self help novels to an actual trilogy for a fiction novel? I'm just trying to get some insight. Thank you so much and you have a blessed day."

"I feel like when you're dealing with other genres such as romance or historical or anything like that, it's kind of easy to keep them going because they know what they're. They know what they're there for. However, with thriller, they don't, which I think is like one of the most exciting but also a difficult part to deal with."

"I think that's, you know, a big thing that we don't really talk about in the writing world because it's like. I think a lot of people would love to write, but they're just afraid to. Like, that's one of my big fears, is that I'm going to put all my energy into something that no one's gonna like."

"But I followed up on all of these sort of commercial approaches to how to take your completed manuscript and turn it into a book so that I can get on with what I feel I'm driven to do, which is like you publish and speak and not only provide entertainment with what I write, but an opportunity to have moments to talk at, ask and answer questions and explore real human things."

"And I'm just wondering, how did you get put on that path, I guess, or what inspired you to make art such a central focus of your writing? I think for me, like, I, you know, once you get bit by that bug and you study art history, it's kind of hard to shake. And, you know, I'm. I'm the type of person that can, like, sit and stare at a painting for hours."

"Hello. Thank you so much for taking your time to come on. I'm super excited to hear your conversation and learn more about your career and your journey as an author. My question for you specifically is more about a moment. How did you feel when you found out that you were a New York Times best selling author? That I feel like every author dreams of that and I feel like it's a thing that you imagine for so long, but it actually happened for you."

"Hey Lev, thanks for doing this. Q and A. It's really nice to have you here. Congrats on the great success with your books and of course the adaptation of your books into a hit TV show. I guess my question for you has to do with that. I've always sort of wondered about the adaptation process and how things go from the page to the big screen or the television screen. So what was your experience like having your story turned into a long running television show?"

"Hi Tom, thank you for coming on here. I really appreciate the message of your book and I look forward to reading it. And I just think that it's a very important thing for my generation to consider is kind of the world outside of our technology because it's very hard to kind of unplug and disconnect for us these days. My question for you is if you could give your younger self, maybe your 20 year old self, any advice, what would it be and why?"
