First, let's acknowledge the pressures children face in today's world of social media. Every post, every video is met with a response in the form of likes, comments and shares. For many, especially young children, this validation becomes addictive. They begin to equate their worth with the attention they receive online."

  "The just narrative compounds with the existing challenges and creates additional barriers for them. So looking forward to solutions. Rejecting this narrative doesn't mean denying gender differences of ignoring the real challenges of women face. Instead it means replacing self diminish, replacing self diminishing language with self empowering alternatives. Instead of I am just a girl, we should encourage phrases like I am capable, I am qualified. I am ready for this challenge."

  "But at the same time, if we support females more than males, even that is wrong. Hence, we cannot justify any behavior by any girl by saying that she is just a girl. If we do not have the ability to justify any behavior by any boy by seeing that he is just a boy. And this can lead to even greater and immense disturbance in the society."

  "There are women who are flying planes, who are ruling countries, who are excelling in sports, and who have a higher percentage while cracking the boards. So I must sound nice in this. The point is that with the idea that I'm just a girl, we have given very little consideration for the efforts of women. You can see it like in workplaces, women have less salary even when they share the same post equivalent to a man."
