"Well, thanks for the prompt. Basically, both I see myself as an ambivert, someone who balances both introverted and extroverted traits. Psychologists today increasingly recognize that personality exists on a spectrum rather than a strict either or. According to the research by Dr. Adam Grant Wharton, psychologist, ambiverts often excel in roles requiring both listening and talking because they know when to speak and when to step back. They are flexible, adaptable and emotionally attuned, traits highly valued in today's world."

"Okay, so this is an unpopular quote. I know that, I'll admit that. And honestly, I don't even know if this is a quote because I don't think it can be attributed to any person having said it. I think it's just an often used phrase. But that quote is at the end of the day. I know some people who can't stand that phrase. But for me, I like it, I like it."

"I think my favorite quote is one I saw the first time when I was a teenager. And I've never forgotten it. And it's never stopped being true for me. It's from James Thurber, or at least attributed to Thurber. And the quote is, let us not look back in anger or ahead in fear, but around in awareness."

Anything that I love, I watch more than once. So if I had to answer, what movie have I seen more than one time?"

"And all that kind of stuff because I was like, you know, the other day, it's been just weighing on me a lot, the loneliness of being a parent, you know, because as our kids get older, I mean, we still are their mom or dad, but the parenting changes. So we're more like that friend slash parent. We're there if they need us. Right?"

"You know, you get out, you go walk. It clears your head, you know. And I also love to go to places. We have these cool places where they have these deep water swimming pools. They're not lakes, but they, they basically make them like it's a pool, but it's like spring water. It's really, really cool. And they have water slides and you can do picnics now those are really fun to do. That's like an all day thing."

"And that is so true, because sometimes just doing that one thing that you're going to take a step on, you've already started the podcast, you've already started talking. But to really share it out, to get people to start following you, you know, comment on your things that they listen to. You never know what other amazing opportunities will come from that. And you also don't know who's listening, who needs to hear you talk about whatever you're talking about."

"It's so quiet, you know, you used to go and it would be steady Even if it was during the week, you know, you would always see people around and the stores were thriving and you didn't see so many going out of business, and people loved working where they worked, and it just. It was all about communication with people, interacting with people. Yes, online shopping is convenient, I will say, but where have we gone?"
