I did like that you started to share from your personal life and that is what helped save the show. It didn't take long to get to the main topic (I would've mentioned that right at the beginning that you're going to talk about dealing with being overwhelmed ).

Your website has no way to subscribe on the front page (you do on the episode pages). The phrase, "It's kind of like a firmware upgrade for your brain" is not in your description in Apple podcasts/Libsyn ( I like that and would add it to your account in Libsyn). When I click on the RSS button on your player there are no other ways to subscribe. You can have these automatically added to your player by going to settings > edit show settings and adding your iTunes, Stitcher, links in your Libsyn account

All in all, for episode three not bad. For me, I know it's a serious show, but if you can somehow make it sound like you're talking to me rather than reading to me, ( see radioloab ) it would improve my listening experience with your show.

You do a great tease, but after the talk about the hurricane, I really expected you to get into the packer talk. Instead, you started doing an additional table of contents. I'm not this was needed as you already teased us at the opening of the show. In fact, Wayne even said, "And Troy will give you his opinion on the defense as promised so it's a bit of a rerun. Just get to the football talk. You even talked about the BIG stories, get to the big stories. I want to hear how Erin Rogers got paid.

BONUS CONTENT: I had to determine what was up with your audio. You are exporting at 32 kbps mono. The lowest I would go is 64 kbps mono. You are using Soundcloud (and unless you're using the free version) they don't care about losing money, bump that up to at least 64 kbps mono and get yourself a better microphone. Also (more bonus) your artwork needs to be at least 1400X1400 (and it's not)

The good news is these are easy problems to fix. I would also recommend using a better media host like Libsyn.com (www.podcastmediahosting.com) and they will import your entire back catalog for free. Then you can syndicate your show (Libsyn stands for liberated syndication) and they can get you on iHeart Radio, Spotify, and More.

I listened to six minutes of the show, and nothing really grabbed me. You all seem to be having fun, so keep having fun, and you seem to have great chemistry, but for me, there were no drinking stories (which due to the poor setup of the show -you told me where you record, not what the show is about -  I was expecting), no humor, and I got the history of boonsfarm which was educational and I did learn about the insane amount of flavors.

Also, there is no way to subscribe to your show on your website, and when I finally found you in Apple Podcasts, the link to your website pointed people to Apple.

“I'm doing a story about X, and what is interesting about it is Y. They say it's important to do this out loud to a real person.

Then to shape your story you use this tool, Somebody does something because of _(their motivation) but __(a challenge). If you can't answer the but, then ask yourself, “What do I have?”

They have another exercise where their focus setting may be something like. “This happened _, then this _, then this _, and you would #$%&! believe it but _. And the reason that is interesting to every single person walking on the face of the earth is ___.

For there wasn't any, "but this happened." When I pressed pause I heard the story of a sweet girl living in Austin with a job ( I expected to hear you were unemployed). It also sounded like you had added some reverb to your voice (I don't advise that ). All in all, for a first episode, this could have been a whole lot worse. On the flip side if this is just an audio diary, then screw everything and just record it and put it out.  I did see where you have a link for sponsors. Only about 10% of podcasters get enough download for "major" sponsors (FYI - see morepodcastmoney.com)
