  • 300th Day for Pastor Saeed in Prison
John, Greg and Pat share how Pastor Saeed has spent 300 days in prison in Iran for preaching the Gospel. CBN reports “The 33-year-old pastor finally received medical treatment Saturday after suffering for months from injuries inflicted by prison guards.” They continue to share how Pastor Saeed is one of many Christians today that are being persecuted for being Christians. Pastor Saeed continues to remain in prison for his refusal to deny Christ. They continue to encourage us to pray for the persecuted church and for the persecutors a like. In regards to the persecuted church that Jesus would be glorified in their suffering and for their persecution to be redeemed for God’s greater purpose and for the persecutors themselves to have the same encounter with Jesus that the Apostle Paul had when he was Saul and persecuted the church. Only prayer can help them both.

  • Maturing in Your Walk with God
Greg, John and Pat discuss hot it’s time to grow up. They continue to share how when babies are just a few months old and all they have to do is give a small smile and everyone gets excited. Babies do very little to excite and every bit of their lives results in our praise. However, as the baby grows up and becomes a child things shift because there are now expectations. There are few things worse seeing than a grown child or adult acting like a baby. They continue to share that this is a result of a weak transition from baby to child and or the refusal of the person to simply grow up and take responsibility for their life. They share how this is an unfortunate picture of what is happening in America. They continue to share the value of having someone in your life that would love you enough to walk along side of you and help you with areas in your life so that you can grow up in the things of God. This can only happen if you draw close to the body of Christ and walk along side others.

  • Waiting on God Reveals Three Motives
Greg, John and Pat share about waiting on God and the three motives of the heart that are revealed when we wait. They discuss how waiting on the Lord is not about sitting around but being productive serving while waiting on God. Waiting on the Lord reveals our motives. The first motive is whether this is satanic in nature. The second motive is based on self; self -awareness, self- preservation, and or self exaltation. The third motive is the right motive and this of the Spirit of God. When we wait on the Lord and our motives are based on the leading of the Spirit of God we have a peace and we are willing to do whatever God has called us to do for Him and for Him alone. They continued to discuss how King Saul refused to wait on God’s timing and order and offered sacrifices something that was totally outside of the timing of God and King Saul’s authority. Saul’s motives were about his preservation in the eyes of man. They discussed the difference between Saul and Peter is that Peter waited and he made it all about Jesus. When many of the disciples where leaving Jesus He turned to Peter and asked him if he was going to leave too and Peter said “to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life” John 6:68. Isaiah 40:31 says “They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

  • Fallen but Rising Again
In this moment of wisdom found in Proverbs 24:15-16 Do not lurk like a thief near the house of the righteous, do not plunder their dwelling place; for though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes Greg shares the difference between falling and being brought down. Christians are not sinless they are just forgiven. Those who walk with God fall to sin and understand that the gift of God, Jesus is the one who offers forgiveness for sin. The wicked man doesn’t care about sin in fact he doesn’t even think what he is doing is sin. Although you have fallen as a Christian you can still rise again because of what Jesus did for you on the cross.

  • The Tangible Evidence of Faith
Greg, John and Pat discuss the importance of having tangible evidence that proves our faith. They continue to share that it’s not about having faith in faith but rather faith in God. God is the creator and made us in His image and that means amongst many other things that He has given us the ability to create. He tells us in His word for us to take dominion over the earth and to speak things into existence. They continue to share about the account in Mark 2 of the paralytic that was lowered in a packed house where Jesus was preaching so that he might be healed by the Lord. The Bible says that when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, son your sins are forgiven. Jesus saw their faith displayed. James 2:17 says “In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action is dead”. When we have faith in God we are trusting in God’s word, God’s ways and His proven character, integrity and faithfulness. Faith is so powerful that the enemy does everything he can do to stop it and one of the things he does is to sow doubt in what God has called us to do. Doubt causes you to feel uncertain, unsure, skeptical, and lacking confidence. They continue to share the importance of having a clear cut vision and moving forward in faith. Everything that happens in the kingdom happens by faith. You can’t measure what God has called you to do with your logical mind but rather believe God from your spirit. Faith is so powerful that can be seen and felt.

  • You are Josiah; Don’t miss Your Josiah Moment
Greg, John and Pat share about being Josiah and not missing our Josiah moments. They share about how in America we have a government by and for the people which means that we are responsible. They continued to share what happened during the reign of King Josiah. During his reign he assigned some men to search out and look in the temple and what they found was the word of God. When King Josiah heard the word of God he was convicted and ripped his garments and turned a nation back. His repentance caused God to put on the brakes in terms of judgment. They continued to share that when you know better you do better. People today in America are “King Josiah” since we have a government by the people and for the people we are the ones who elect representatives to pass legislation that we decide who we want in our land. When the church awakens to what is written in the Bible we will begin to see more and more Josiah moments like we saw in Texas and Florida when both Governors took unprecedented measures to see abortions restricted in their states. They continue to remind us that we are Josiah and for us not to miss our Josiah moment.

  • The Power of Incubating Faith
John and Pat discuss the power of incubating Faith. Christians are called to be men and women of faith. How many believers actually know what faith is? Many operate by what they know instead of the state of faith. They continue to discuss how things are conceived in the spiritual realm before they show up in the natural realm. Just like babies go through a development process while in the womb the same is true of what you are birthing in the spiritual realm. Faith has a period of incubation. They continue to discuss four phases and the importance of going from one phase to another without skipping. The first phase involves envisioning a clear cut vision; the second is having a burning passion for the thing you are believing for; thirdly praying for assurance, and fourthly speaking the word out. They continue to share the importance the first step is in having a clear cut vision. You will have to do the ground work to conceive in your heart. It’s the blue print that you have incubated, prayed for and spoke out that will come to pass but it all starts out with a clear cut vision.
