Greg, John, and Pat discuss the importance of crying out to God in the storm as they talk about the tragedy that occurred in Moore Oklahoma. The continue to discuss the category E5, 200+ mph winds that wreaked havoc on Moore Oklahoma where several lost their lives and many were injured. They continued to share that in life you have storms; in fact they happened during the time Jesus walked on earth and in one account was when he was sleeping in the stern of the boat while the disciples were anxious. Just as Jesus spared the disciples from the storm many survivors cried out to God and credit Jesus for saving them. They made statements like, "I prayed and asked God for help and God answered my prayers." If you have God you have everything and you can begin again. Crying out to God in humility is very important because God responds to our humility and obedience. Even Jesus learned obedience by the things he suffered. Jesus said in John 14:15 "If you love me; keep my commands." Our obedience is our worship to God. Some who were not following the Lord through this tragedy have come to the Lord and have thanked Him for rescuing there life. They share how important it is to have perspective when facing tragedies and they share the poem Robert Kennedy shared the night he found out that Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated soon after his own brother and President John F. Kennedy was assassinated a fate that shortly awaited him. While on the campaign he shared the poem written by his favorite poet Aeschylus.

Even in our sleep, pain which cannot forget

Falls drop by drop upon the heart,

until, in our own despair,

against our will,

comes wisdom

through the awesome grace of God.

You can't try to figure it out just trust God in it. What is God saying to us when we see tragedies; that life is temporal, it takes humility to cry out to God and that we need to take care of the hurting people.

LISTEN NOW! John and Pat discuss the importance of not messing up God's story and living in the grace He richly and abundantly provides as we watch God perform miracles on our behalf. The word of God in 2 Peter 2:2 says, "Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord." We were meant to live in the grace and peace of God. So much is done today because of man's calculation; what they can or can't do. We must understand that we are nothing without God and that if we are not crying out for His grace then we are either very close to the shore and not attempting much for God or we are trying to do it all in our own strength. They encourage us to embrace humility for it is a prerequisite for the Grace of God. Everything in God has everything to do with what He can do through us not what we can do through Him. Nehemiah found out that all he needed was the Grace of God in his life and testified because the gracious hand of the Lord was upon him the king granted his request. Nehemiah 2:8.

He must allow God alone to be responsible for the consequences. His focus must be on God and not man. John the Baptist was a voice in the wilderness and he boldly declared the truth to all who would hear. A.W. Tozer said; preach in such a way that it is going to jeopardize His future, His ministry and even His life.

John, Greg, and Pat discuss the blessings of the Lord are good and they don't come with trouble. Proverbs 10:22 "The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, and adds no trouble to it. They discuss how God led John to buy a car 5 years ago. It was a time that he was just looking for a paid vehicle and had about $3,000 to spend on it. After countless hours searching for a vehicle God spoke to John during his abiding time and told him that he wasn't trusting Him but was instead putting his trust in himself. John repented to the Lord and put his trust in the Lord. One week later someone called John who knew that he was looking for a car and told him that he spotted the perfect car for him. Since it was about 9 pm and John had just repented before the Lord he was cautions and thought he would check it out in the morning. They guy kept calling him back and told him to come buy this car because it would be sold by morning. He went and when he saw the vehicle it was a Honda Accord, one just like he wanted. The car was perfect and on top of that the price was right so he bought it. Amazing how when we stop trusting in ourselves and trust God He will do everything. He will bless us abundantly.

Greg, John and Pat discuss how Nigeria has become the killing fields of Radical Islam as they have killed more Christians than in any country in the world. According to CBN the Muslims are not just killing Christians but they are killing any Muslims that are sympathetic of Christians. It is being reported that no other country is prepared for religious war like Nigeria. They continue to discuss that just like Hitler was used to progressively take the Jews down even to their death this same hatred is being waged against Christians in Nigeria. You cannot mix Christianity and Islam; the two don't mix they are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum. The presence of Christianity is the antithesis of Islam. According to the Koran they will either have to convert to Islam, enter into servitude, or be killed. Satan hates "JJ" Jews and Christians.

John, Greg, and Pat share about how Reverend Billy Graham at 94 is preparing for his last crusade and continue to share about the power of one for Jesus. The Christian Post reports that"73 percent of National Association of Evangelicals leaders have attended a Billy Graham Crusade, and 44 percent have met the evangelist in person." Reverend Billy Graham has preached to nearly 215 million people in more than 185 countries and territories around the world. He has also written 31 books and has spoken to numerous U.S. Presidents and dignitaries around the world. This last crusade that is scheduled for November is unique as it will involve Christians inviting friends, family, and neighbors to their homes to share the gospel through videos of Billy Graham. John, Greg, and Pat continue to discuss what the Lord showed Greg about the church coming together in people's homes. Many have at best attended Christian fellowship once a week and then come back to a home where there are idols, darkness, and sin. We need to have God in our hearts and homes and live a life that fully represents who God is. We were made to have the Glory of God to have it in our lives and homes. The question is what will they find right now in your home? God's glory is worth it. They continue to discuss the Great Awakening in South Africa and their prayers to see the Great Awakening to come the United States. Dear God, end abortion and send revival.

Greg, Pat, and John discuss how a Christian German family now living in Tennessee was denied asylum. According to CBN the sixth court of appeals upheld the Obama administration's refusal to grant asylum to the Romeike family. U.S Attorney General Eric Holder filed against the family arguing that homeschooling isn't a right protected under religious freedom. They family is going to appeal and the next step is to go to the Supreme Court. They continue to discuss that if the family is deported back to Germany they will likely have to pay a large fine and could have their children removed from the home. They continue to discuss how blessed we are to live in the United States and to wake up to the freedoms that are given us in the U.S. Constitution. All this family wanted to do is protect their children from what the German school system is teaching like witchcraft, calling out to the devil for help , and sexually graphic pictures. They instead chose to flee Germany and homeschool their children. It is so important for parents to live out a godly life before their children and take the responsibility of leading their children to the Lord once they themselves have come to Jesus.

In this 2nd part of Dr. Carson's interview by Dr. James Robertson, Dr. Carson who is a neurosurgeon, shares how as a Physician he is interested in healing children but concerned with sending them back out into society...He has been speaking out about his love for God and for America but concerned where we are headed. Some have told him that he has no place to talk about taxes but responded saying, "why not? It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out." He also talks about how America's infrastructure is being destroyed and how that is really the only way America could fall; we are losing our identity. He writes in his book, "America the Beautiful", that as a nation we were founded from Judeo Christian values and if we hold on to these values then we would truly be "One Nation Under God". We are doing ourselves a disservice by not standing up for what we believe in. Benjamin Franklin said, "America is great because America is good but if America ever ceases to be good she will cease to be great."
