Podcast The Hero

This week is just a message to our boy to feel better.  Thank you to everyone who was able to participate.

We will be on a little break for the rest of the year.  Season 4 will be back in 2026.

This is a completely disjointed episode.  Normal beginning stuff.  Then we get into a mish-mash of questions from Discord,  Youtube Comments, and a nightmare business plan for Rody.  The gift and games are out of order this week.  Stay tuned for a special ESAGFY this week.  Rody has introduced a new segment at the end of the episode.

This week we are inceptioning.  We start in present day, then go back to April 2024, then jump back to 2021. Rody was sick this week, so I made the unilateral decision to repost an episode from 80 episodes ago, that explores the origins of the Podcast, the beginning of our friendship.  If you were around back on Episode 62, skip this.  If not, enjoy a blast from the past.

Cheese has returned this week fresh off his rectal octopus attack.  But we keep it in the ocean this episode.  Ragged Tooth from Pacific Myth is the topic this week.  Shark stuff? Sure. Deep dive into the music? Of course.  Rody thirst-trapping everyone? You betcha.  A fun episode.  For us.  For you? meh.

This week, we had to overcome some nasty stuff to get you some content.  We had to record it in separate sections and piece it all together.  It's not that great.  But it is something.  If you like it, awesome.  If not, well you know the deal.  I can't describe this episode.  It's not that long.  Just listen.

This week Fritzy questions whether Mystery Weekend was the best choice of band name.  So we try to come up with some new one.  Got some help from Twitch.  If you aren't watching Rody's Twitch streams you are missing out.  One of these days we will teach him how to raid.  This was fun.  Please enjoy.

In light of the Radar Fest announcement, we decided to talk about Festival lineups.

Rody and Fritz were both bleeding during this taping.  Fritz didn't set up his mic properly so his audio is trash.  Whatever.  It's good enough.  Game, Gifts, Blood, and a grumpy Cheese.

Well Halloween has come and gone.  But we can't not talk about it.  Halloween is for Always! Some bananas things happened this Halloween.  Rody, Cage and Houston had adventures.  Fritz, Jenny and Scout survived the Horny-Copia.  There is a game, gifts and all the usual stuff.  Please enjoy.

This week we deviate from the PTH stuff.  Since the Rody is deep in the writing of the new Mystery Weekend record, we decided to break down a Mystery Weekend song from their previous album Surprise.  This week we break down Nostalgia is for the Birds. Rody loves this song. Also we were pretty distracted by the Jays game.  So there is sports talk sprinkled throughout.

This week is over 90 mins.  You're Welcome.  This was a fun one for sure. Lots of tangents but the main topic is the Life of a Showgirl.  We break down the new Taylor Swift release track by track.  And it is decidedly not a love fest.  Want a critical review?  This is it.  Plus we have a game and gifts that continue from the last 2 weeks.
