"Everything comes to us that belongs to us if we create the capacity to receive it." - Rabindranath Tagore
If this title and/or quote resonates with you, then this episode is for you! I recently had a beautiful conversation with my new friend, Eos Koch who is a soul alignment coach amongst many other things. (See website below for full bio.)
I loved hearing about Eos' journey, choices and experiences that led her to be exactly where she is meant to be now… living on a beautiful small island called Menorca in Spain, 5 minutes away from the Mediterranean Sea with her husband, two daughters and three dogs. She is co-owner of her own company helping women to shine and build their brand and business in a holistic and soulful way.
There were so many great parts of the conversation, but what I loved most was seeing what courage Eos had and continues to have as she lives life on her terms.

In this episode, I share a lesson that my brother David (also the writer and producer of the Podcast WonderFULL music) recently taught me: there is humility in making music.
I then relate it to the humility and collaboration that is so evident within social impact organizations. Specifically, I share a few examples of organizations that I've worked with and how they are demonstrating this every day in their work.
I'm always humbled when seeing and capturing the wonderFULL work of these organizations… I'm guessing you'll feel the same!

In this short episode, I'm coming to you from vacation mode down at the Jersey Shore, which I'm realizing is not very different from non-vacation mode in seeing beauty everywhere.
I'll share some thoughts on my practices in seeing that beauty no matter what mode I'm in!
And finally, I share my hope for you, whatever mode you're in!

Did you know that nature is healing?
During the last several months, especially in the height of the pandemic, I've found so much solace and healing in my immediate outdoor environment. In this episode I take you on walk right in my neighborhood and on my local trail. My goal and intention was to capture something spectacular while experiencing the soothing sounds and peace of the environment.
It might seem to be an ordinary walk to some, but to me, it's always extraordinary and this one was no exception.
Come along on this journey and hear about the sounds, sights and wonder of this beautiful place I call home in New Jersey.

Remember that magical and beautiful full moon I captured last week?
Often times, I hear that inquiring minds want to know about the behind the scenes and story behind the photographs that I've captured.
So, in the episode, I decided to share what went into capturing the July "Buck Moon" recently, including planning, timing, logistics and sometimes lots of patience!
I'll also share the experience in the moment of snapping the photos; what I call "Mindfull Photography". My hope is that it will inspire you to see the next full moon… wherever you are in the world!

I've always been amazed to hear the wonderFULL stories of how the practice of visualization has helped many various people accomplish their goals and live their lives in the way they've dreamed.
A few years ago, I started to use visualization as well and am happy to say that I've really found the power in it.
In this episode, I'll share the scientific background as well as my experience of the power in using visualization, specifically as it pertains to Project Wonderfull. I also tell you how you can use it too!

In this episode I talked with Jennifer Ricker from Concepts for Adaptive Learning… who are empowering youth and adults to be successful in a digital society.
Their thoughtful and comprehensive to teaching and facilitating this is inspiring - I left the conversation with a full heart knowing the work is making such an impact and helping so many people in the world. I'm guessing you'll feel the same way!
