In this episode I uncover the beauty of the No Limits Cafe in Red Bank, NJ. Not only did I get to experience the wonderFULL cafe in full motion, I had some time with the amazing people that make up the No Limits Cafe - the staff, employees and volunteers were beautiful. It was such a gift to interact with them.
I also got to sit down with Stephanie Cartier, who is one of the founders of the No Limits Cafe. It was wonderFULL to hear the story of how the organization came to be and how it's evolved, especially during this past year in the midst of the pandemic.
It is all such an inspiration and will leave you with a desire to get to the Cafe to experience it all yourself!

India is heavy on my heart as they deal with the devastation of the pandemic. This is on top of the every day challenges they face.
In this episode I share my experiences from when I visited in October of 2019, including regaining my sense of smell through ayurvedic medicine and practices, capturing beautiful wildlife with my camera as well as working with a beautiful organization called Srujna.
In all of this you'll feel the magic, beauty and healing of India!

In this episode I introduce Project WonderFULL and the inspiration behind it. I tell the story of working with a small non-profit in Kenya and how this inspired Project WonderFULL.
I also introduce the idea of mindFULL photography and how that came about during the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Finally, I talk about the next steps for Project WonderFULL, essentially to continue to do the social impact work in the United States - hitting all 50 and the 5 territories and visiting all 63 national parks... something that's been on my bucket list for a very long time.
My hope is to leave you inspired by the kindness and beauty in this world and to see the beauty that is all around you, every day!
