Nikolai is a licensed mental health counselor and life coach specializing in burnout, high-functioning anxiety, and adult ADHD. She integrates her Mindfulness and holistic living training with her clinical training in behavioral science, to help people find balance in the high-burnout world of modern American society. Her TEDx talk, Yoga and Its Connection to Mental Health has over 300,000 views and is evidence of Nikolai's belief in integrating holistic and scientific principles so that people can truly experience the helpful aspects of both worlds.  We discuss our personal stories of burnout, alongside some practical tips on avoiding and recovering from it.
