      This week was the first I hadn't been on meds in 3 years. There have been days without it, but a week, no. It made the week very difficult. My mind was inundated with ideas, feelings, and emotions that I couldn't control. Amid that chaos, I got a revelation; we always see the show and never the rehearsal. 

      The intent of this session is to show behind the curtain, all the way in the back; not the entertaining part. The part that exposes truth, accountability, and vulnerability.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.87 Why so serious?

I was burnt out this week, not feeling well, and was entirely under the weather. My throat was scratchy, my body ached, sunken eyes and all. It wasnt covid so, I am happy about that. I felt a shutdown coming last week and did my best to stay in the fight. If I'm being honest, it was too much for me physically and emotionally.

In the midst of that, I was challenged to speak with other humans, with purpose, not just simple hello goodbye, but communication. That created a snowball effect that gave me a major emotional release. By sharing this information I hope to show pure honesty and vulnerability. To exhibit growth. 

My goal with this session is not solely to teach and encourage others but this is my way out of the darkness that haunts me as well. I speak from experience I teach from example; I do not share insight on things I have not fought my way through. As we hunt for doors leading away from the darkness we often run into our biggest enemy, ourselves. I want us to master ourselves with the intent to free ourselves to live in our truest essence.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.86 No

This week was a little smoother, this gloomy weather is doing a number on me. Instead of just being sad though I attempted to reconcile the emotional damaged I had been holding in for so long. This journey of healing opens up so many old wounds, I am learning it's necessary to allow them to resurface to fully move forward.

The goal of this session is to gain an understanding of the “why” on my end. I’m not a person who requires closure, I feel in a lot of cases “closure” is disguised as another attempt to add more cracks to a broken mirror. It's essential we recognize that, while accepting accountability for our discrepancies

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.85 It’s about time

Horrible two weeks, grief got the best of me and put me in a paralyzed mental state but I was able to climb out. Could be the change in weather, could be something else I’m not sure but I wish I had better control of it. 

This session is about time, the value of it along with how important it is to use it wisely its importance is detrimental to our longevity both physically and mentally. Long as we have air we have the opportunity to create the life we want we just have to keep fighting    

 My goal this week was everywhere can't even say which point was most important, because they all affect me equally. I hope you are able to gain something from this episode. Thanks for tuning in.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.84 Somebody gotta do it

This week was a fight per usual but , I’m winning. I slept a little better and did ok physically. I felt some mental relief and the dreams weren’t too out there. This recession and inflation bs are stressing me out. But I am using that frustration as fuel to learn new things. 

         I’m far from being a victim, and I’m tired of being trapped in my head. I worked hard this week to speak my peace and keep going towards my goals. I am certain a lot of people would give up given the circumstances I'm fighting through, but I know there are tons of people going through worse. The intent of this session is for us to start understanding the necessity of going through it. also to encourage you all the be self-sufficient in getting out of it. 

         The goal is always the same to make sure we are holding ourselves accountable, for all our actions. Being true to our healing and not being pressured into an improper way of healing. It's your journey to lead, so don’t be afraid to make the decisions necessary to grow.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.83 Face Off

         Coming off of a difficult week, we got straight to it. My defenses were extremely high. I wanted to make sure that I could have the best week I could emotionally, and mentally. I discovered a feeling that was unfamiliar to me and now have a goal to obtain it on a more consistent base. 

         So much was going on mentally and I needed a break, a break just to breathe. Through visual art, I was reminded that I am on the path I'm supposed to be on. The intent of this session is to identify our weaknesses, and strengths in grief to help recognize when we are causing the issue and we isolating properly.

         The goal is that we learn how to handle our emotions in a way that doesn’t hurt others. By example showing the importance of facing off against ourselves I hope that people can stop hiding from themselves and begin to see themselves through their own eyes as opposed to other people's optics.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.82 Off safety

          It was another one of those weeks where sleep was limited mood was gloomy and the fog was thick, accepting change seems to be the constant to an overwhelming point of contention. I am fatigued both mentally and physically but per usual I fight for my progression

          This session comes in light of the Roe Vs Wade news and though I typically stay away from these issues I have to take the safety off, complacency is no longer an option. Doing nothing affects everything and I am tired of feeling just like a number.

          The goal of this session is to unite through peace pain and comfort our differences make us similar and the sooner we are able to reduce emotions and think logically life will progress further. My love for life has increased even through pain and I hope to encourage others to understand their importance.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.80 Redirection

                   I have concluded that these days, weeks, and months are going to be what they are. I just have to keep swimming, and moving forward following the unknown path. I have been able to cut myself some slack lately, allowing myself to deal with the bad days without guilt. 

         Preparing for this session allowed me the freedom to figure things out that I was putting off, for fear of having to deal with it. this is a daily fight for me and others and I hope this episode encourages the idea of forgiving ourselves and focusing on our well-being separate from outside influences or opinions 

         The goal is to unite, to encourage, to believe in self. I want there to be a certain level of understanding and grace we give one another as we are trying to figure these things out. Society wants division, but if enough of us choose peace we may be able to make it better for ourselves on the ground level

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.80 Redirection

These weeks are becoming more difficult, and the amount of stress I’m having to endure both physical and mental is becoming overwhelming. There is no quit in me I continue to fight through it and see light. With everything I am fighting, I’ve learned to redirect my emotions. Its imperative for me not to dwell on the bad or good but to process what I can to ease my mind. Life is too short to be stubborn and do things at the request of others The goal of this session is to inform us all of the importance of redirection, for us to limit our egos and understand is ok to turn back and start over. Nothing is perfect except the idea of it so we must continue to ride the wave of our journey. Poetic
