          The past two weeks have been overwhelming causing horrible sleep, panic attacks, and migraines. Anxiety reached a debilitating level so I have to stop and attempt to realign. I've been working very hard to maintain my sanity and peace but these last two weeks were a lot.

         Even though I took the break I didn’t quit. I remembered a statement my aunt and uncle use to tell me; “You got this” though simple it was said to me at two very important times in my life. That statement drives me in my toughest times.

         The intent of this session is to give this statement to you, to be a voice for those who can't speak, to be an ear for those who just need someone to listen. To encourage yall to continue to grow within yourself. It's about being accountable honest and true to yourself so that you can give that to the people who deserve the best version of you.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.68 Freely Flawed

We get straight to it this week, for whatever reason I was overly attentive to things and it gave me massive migraines it was like the week was moving so fast but everything was also in slow motion. 

I attempted to mingle with the people of social media and let's just say it’s a no for me 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Not that anyone did anything wrong but I'm not ready yet. The level of anxiety its cause was not conducive to my well-being. 

With that, this session is a touchy one the goal is to encourage you all to sit down pay attention to the flaws you have, and live through them without embarrassment. Rather you want to change the flaws you have or you are content with them it's your choice but you have to understand them enough to live a healthy life. It all starts with you. I hope this session will give you hope to be yourself, flaws and all. Peace and Love.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.67 “What are you made of?”

Not going to lie, this week was a blur. Between bad sleep, more training panic attacks, and migraines I couldn’t tell left from right. Even with all that, I am remaining optimistic, staying focused as possible. However, as I stated a few weeks ago “the anxiety of knowing better days are ahead, but never knowing for certain when” is debilitating.

As usual, I try to lean towards the positive side of life. This week is no different. The pain is everlasting and it takes a high level of patients and accountability. The goal of this session is to identify the characteristics that make us who we are. 

I hope this session allows you to dig deep within your conscience and set healthy boundaries for yourself. Understand you have to accept the good and bad of who you are, and believe you can change it. your journey is yours, and you must do what it takes to be at peace.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.66 “Brick by Brick”

Still reeling from the emotional high of my parental duties, it got worse. The bigs had a school dance and I was all emotional. They are growing up at light speed. Took a much-needed day off work Monday just needed a break but was right back to training Tuesday (sad face) and now it has become a full annoyance. I was beyond frustrated and expressed it to my super but we all know how corporate America works. 

Amid my frustration, I felt as if it was shifting to complaining and I was able to redirect myself in real-time. I was overcome with emotion as I am becoming who I say that I am daily. The intent of this session is to provide insight on rebuilding yourself from your life experiences and not from lessons you didn’t learn yourself. 

The goal is to encourage you all to search within for peace, allow yourself to be ok with building your space for yourself. Be ok with breaking generational curses in all aspects; emotionally, physically, disciplinary. We have to build a foundation that fits the journey we are on.

This week was physically exhausting; the migraines returned and took over for a few days. So much stuff happened this week, but I can honestly say this was the first time in a while that I felt up, on the emotional side. 

In turn, it made the household better, it’s a daily goal to fill myself then give from the overflow. Though it is difficult to get to that point, it is important we get there. The goal of this session is to help understand the importance of giving only from what is extra. You will feel a void and feel bad at first because that’s how we are all raised. It will take you some time to understand why it is important to set your own table, but the wait is well worth it.

I hope this session will encourage you to soul search and come to the best reality for YOU, and no one else. There is so much light, find it and get to it.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.64 You’ll find it

Drained from training all week I slept somewhat well, however chaotic dreams still interrupted my rest. The realization of the weight depression and anxiety holds on me physically opened up a new door for me. Typically when the fog hits its heavy creates chaos and confusion but focusing on the feeling of euphoria has given me a new avenue to fight.

   It's difficult, but the reality is that, if you look for it you’ll find it. Good or bad, it's there so I choose peace, purpose, and freedom. I aspire to be the person I say that I am and in order to get there I can not quiet I have to focus on where I am attempting to be.

           The intent of these sessions is to encourage as usual; accountability. To give hope and understanding of self. To be ok with being a protector of self. I choose to search for myself and maintain integrity, self-love, accountability, and desire to be great.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.63 Where are you going?

I feel like we finally made it to ground zero, I don’t feel as heavy on the emotional side. I honestly feel like we may be at a good starting point to heal however, I am allowing myself to feel whatever comes. I am still having a horrible sleeping experience; weird dreams and nightmares keeping me up. 

Faced a very difficult situation this week. The boys wanted to know why their mother and I divorced. They wanted the truth, not the one that I had been saying for all these years. It made for a heartfelt, uncomfortable week. However, it was much needed, because I am a protector I always want to protect even when I am the one that is right so giving them the truth was difficult for me. 

The goal with this session was to set boundaries for ourselves and be okay with it. to stop running from everything and instead run to something. My goal is to encourage, to learn, and teach. We all have battles we are trying to fight and we all need a little light.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.62 Treading Water

This week was 50/50, no better or worse than the weeks prior. I feel like I am headed in the right direction mentally. Feeling good about where the business is headed. Excited that my energy is somewhat increasing. Also, trying to stick to a schedule is somewhat working.

It will take a little more conditioning to break the cycle of putting myself last. This transference of energy has proven to be more difficult than I thought. The idea is to provide peace from what’s left; instead of providing peace while leaving in chaos. 

The intent of this week's session is to encourage the process of elimination. How to have proper pain management and understanding. To increase self-awareness, accountability, and honesty to self.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.61 “Superheated”

I had to increase meditation time yet again, really trying to gain control over this fog. The dreams are becoming more chaotic, causing me to lose sleep and creating a longer timeframe in which I can recenter. That dream last week has been replaying in my mind like crazy, and I finally got the message. 

I have accepted that I am able to locate peace amid chaos, but instead of adding more commotion and unnecessary movement; I have learned to find understanding. I have been at a boiling point most of my life and before I would add to the chaos now I have become superheated. 

The goal of this session is emotional freedom and understanding. Understanding that everyone is not going to make it through your journey with you, and it's ok. Fill those voids with things that are beneficial to you and your growth. Learn, teach, follow, lead repeat. Keep growing and most importantly keep getting to the light.

Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.60 “Reconstruction”

New year, same love. The 2021 year was one for the books from dealing with my mental health to fighting Covid. There were so many things going on in 2021 that created so much confusion but also I learned so much. 

This journey that we’ve been on with these sessions has helped me tremendously and I know from the messages I've received that it is helping many of you.

The intent of this episode is to encourage reconstruction in the way you deal with things. My goal is to show you, by example that it is ok to identify things that hold you in an unnecessary space and let them go. Since we were children we were told “the mind is a terrible thing to waste” but weren’t given ways to strengthen it. I hope these sessions have shown you a way thus far. Every day you wake you can fight through the fog to get through to the light.
