So excited to introduce Damien Simon to everyone, he is a music composer/performer that lives in Florida and well let me tell you such a pleasure to chat with him. It has not been very often that I get to talk to a composer and hear how he looks at creating his art. For so much of my career I just knew the music was there and of course, knew a person composed it. Though to chat through his process and how that supports various performing arts!

Damien Simon, is a music composer/performer in St. Augustine, FL. Damien, a graduate of the Purchase Conservatory and University College of Dublin,  has been scoring and performing music for dance, orchestras/ensembles, film/television companies all over the world.

Behavioral change is often gradual and slow and it takes a lot of awareness because if we're not aware of behavior we are not aware that we are actually creating a certain outcome. Behavior change is a big thing, but it rarely ever happens all of a sudden, it takes small steps to change a behavior that is not serving you.
