Welcome back to a quickie with me! Today we talk about you are not a cause. Definition of a Non-for-profit, they generate revenue for a cause. Are performing artists are therefore a 'casue' I challenge you to question this definition and look to see if there is another way to fund the organizations.
We question;
- Can arts companies make money?
- Is the cause the target of the income?
- Can the income be more than it takes to cover the overhead?

Today I connect with you over a topic that is not always talked about,
rejection. The hearing of No, "the dismissing or refusing of a proposal, idea, etc."
Have you found yourself with a story of not good enough, not worthy when
you hear a No? I have a trigger for this, I would want to curl up in a ball and
just throw in the towel.
Through self-reflection, connect with the community, I have begun to re-tell my inner person
the truth around No's & rejection.
Today I quickly chat with you about:
- Pain
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Hurt
- Rejection
