He served in various roles, including patrol, bicycle patrol, narcotics, and as a SWAT team member. Additionally, he supervised investigations as a detective sergeant and detective lieutenant. Joe is not only a dedicated law enforcement professional but also a devoted husband and father. His academic achievements include a bachelor's degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University and an associate's degree in Police Science.

This nonprofit organization orchestrates therapeutic hunting expeditions year-round, providing a sanctuary for healing and camaraderie.
