Political Confusion Podcast

There's a vote happening tomorrow, GO VOTE!

This week PCP is a TWO PARTER! Malia and Robert first discuss voting in an off-year election, why Robert loves bonds, and how to interpret the language on a ballot.

THEN PART TWO! Who is Donna Brazil? What did Hillary do to fuck up the DNC? Why do we care? Is this a big deal? But really... Who is Donna Brazil?

This week we discuss the Mueller indictments a day before they happen! Who's getting indicted? What are the potential consequences? We make predictions about something that as of this upload has already happened! Also in this half hour, at least 35% of Americans are racist. How does one convince another to try not being racist? And getting beefy to punch Nazis.

This week, is there light on the horizon? Is there a possibility in the near future of this shit show ending? Maybe there is or... maybe impeachment isn't an ideal situation. We learn so much this week y'all!

North Korea. Shit's scary.

President Trump. Shit's REAL scary.

How much power does Trump actually have? Do we need congress' approval to go to war? Can the president nuke a country for shits and giggles? How well is Russia maintaining their nuclear arsenal? (hint: NOT WELL)AND MORE on the Robert is just trying to terrify Malia podcast.

Gun control. Good god damn.

Today we tackle why passing uniform gun control laws is necessary and impossible, semi-automatic weapons v. automatic weapons, why everyone in the NRA has a small penis, what's stopping the CDC from tracking gun violence, the 2nd ammendment, and cheese fries.

Puerto Rico is experiencing some real shit right now (please donate if you can). What is Puerto Rico's relationship to the US? Why aren't they a state? What's the hold-up? Why is our country so dumb?

McCain voted against starting the debate for revamping the ACA. Is that… significant? What does that mean? Was this a big deal? Is McCain protecting sick people or is he just not a fan of closed door deals? What makes Segovia mad? What’s wrong with Malia? So many answers to so many questions.

So a senator is in the hospital and a vote happens. Why can't that guy vote from his hospital bed? Why can't the amount of time for a vote be extended? Why does everything seem so god damn shady?
