2. Approval- Increase Juvenile Detention budget $35,000 due to increase in invoices received from Department of Public Safety this fiscal year. Additional funds are needed to cover estimated costs through June 30, 2021.

3. Approval- Increase E-911 Special Revenue Fund budget $12,500 to cover fiscal year end estimated costs and to cover emergency repairs needed on the 9-1-1 generator. Fund balance in the E-911 Special Revenue Fund is available to cover these expenses.

4. Approval- Amend the Employee 125 Plan Fund (Internal Service Fund) spending plan to cover estimated year end transactions. (Flexible Spending Account- FSA)

5. Approval -Amendment to close the Landfill Capital Project Fund budget. The project is complete and the excess funds were transferred to the Landfill Capital Reserve Fund in May 2021 to be held in reserve for future landfill cell construction projects. This action will formerly close the budget of the Capital Fund.

6. Approval- Amend Airport Special Revenue Fund to bring the FY21 budget balances in line with project balances remaining as of 7/1/2020. The previous capital project fund was accounted for on an inception to date method rather than an annual budget method; therefore, the current budget should reflect only those amounts currently available to spend and revenue sources currently available to support the expenditures.
