3) Approval- Rollover $40.000 in unspent FY 2019-2020 ITS service and maintenance line item to FY 2020-2021 to cover the cost of the One Solution software upgrade.

4) Approval- Appropriate $2.500 grant funds awarded to the Animal Shelter in FY20 to start a foster program and purchase supplies needed and veterinary care services. Grant revenue was received in FY20 and would close to fund balance as of 6/30/2020. This action will appropriate the grant from fund balance.

5) Approval- Appropriate $9,996 in CARES Act funding granted to the Library through the Library LSTA program. Funds will be used to purchase supplies and materials needed to address the pandemic at the library sites.
