This is an extra challenging time, friend. Dealing with uncertainty in your personal life when the world seems steady is one thing... having pretty much every routine thrown off because the world has shut down... quite another.
All you need to do is take the next step. And again, that may seem impossible right now, given all that's going on. After all, how can you possibly know what the next step even is???
Here's how:
- Accept where you're at. However crappy, however awful... accept that it simply is.
- Take some time for discernment. Meditate (or garden, take a walk, go for a bike ride) and allow that deep knowing to bubble up and give you an answer.
- Check in with your body about the answer you're getting. Do you feel tense or relaxed? A relaxed body tells you you're on the right track.
- DO THE THING! Trust the relaxed answer IS the right answer for now, and do the thing. However significant or insignificant it seems.
- Keep going. the next step WILL appear. When it does, do that. And then again. And again.
You're doing so great. I know how hard this is, and I see you doing your absolute best.
Hang in there friend!
