May 01, 2017 Jennifer Lopez | Pop Music
She’s been Jennifer, J.Lo and Jenny from the Block but one thing has always remained consistent: Jenny’s nack for an iconic banger.
Dan and Andy chart Jennifer Lopez’ career from her humble upbringing in the Bronx to becoming one of the most successful triple-threat divas of all time. They break down the jams J.Lo delivered throughout her high-profile relationships, movie super-stardom & Mariah shade and ask the age-old question: how did she go from having a little to having A LOT?
Waiting for tonight? The wait is over bitches. It’s a brand new Popchops.

March 26, 2017 Madonna – Ray of Light | Pop Music
She’d been a material girl, a religious provocateur, a high-fashion diva and a wanton sex Goddess but in 1998 Madonna gave us her most shocking re-invention – a spiritual, introspective Earth-mother.
Dan and Andy dive into Madge’s most enduring pop opus – the glistening, experimental Ray of Light. They’ll break down how motherhood, spirituality and heartache led to a game-changing electronica masterpiece.
It’s time to break out your Kabbalah bracelets for a brand new Popchops.

February 26, 2017 Vintage episode: Janet Jackson – The Velvet Rope | Pop Music
We’re taking a trip down memory lane when Popchops existed as a podcast made out of Dan’s bedroom, with very special guest and Janet lover Leni (pre-Andy!). Dan & Leni discuss the legacy of Janet Jackson through the lens of her opus The Velvet Rope, in 1997. They chat about all the hits, deep album cuts and the affect #Nipplegate had on her career post Superbowl. This episode was recorded in 2014.
