In today’s PorscheCooled Podcast Michael presents episode 22 of owner stories with Eliot from Seattle in the U.S. The 911 has been Eliot’s dream car since he was a kid growing up in a small railroad town in Pennsylvania. Fast forward a few years and Eliot is now a critical care doctor caring for COVID patients during the pandemic. The stresses of his day job, his father passing, and his love of the 911 all contributed to Eliot building his dream car. A few weeks ago his 992 Carrera 2S in GT Silver was delivered. The perfect Porsche 911 and optioned just the way he wanted it. His childhood dream is now fulfilled.

In today’s PorscheCooled Podcast Michael presents episode 21 of owner stories with Mark from the UK. I really enjoyed my chat with Mark and his Porsche passion is evident. From attending local Porsche events to iconic drives in his 911 along the North Coast 500 in Scotland. Not to mention Mark has owned three Porsches over the years; a 1978 911 SC Targa in a very rare green and a black on black 924. So, what’s his favourite? Well, his current ’87 911 3.2 Carrera in Cassis Red of course. This 911 ticked a lot of boxes for Mark and is definitely a keeper.

Not just any Boxster,  Stephen wanted a 981, manual and it had to be in Guards Red. After a 2 year search, his Porsche dream came true and he ended up with the perfect low mileage example.

The tale of Jack’s 'sunburnt lobster 911' is a good one. One Sunday evening  whilst day-dreaming about owning a classic air-cooled Porsche, Jack found a unique and well patinaed 1976 911 S on Pelican Parts. Not to be deterred by its well-worn silver paint nor it’s Lobster red tweed interior, Jack started the conversation with the owner in the U.S. The rest is history and Jack is now the proud owner of an air-cooled 911. 

We all know that Porsche ownership is very personal and the ’76 911S that Jack found was his day-dream 'perfect' car.
