For stretching our day for more tasks, many books and writings are out there about time management. Today, within a few minutes, Dr. Esther Shu-shin Lee could only touch three basic principles with examples that are applicable to family life but not to the work place.

Introduction: No one wants criticism but it’s an unavoidable reality.  However, we could turn the unpleasant feelings into beneficial results for our life either in a short term or long term.  It’s hard to make progress or improvement in our life without input from others, either free or paid. (I Peter 3:9)
