Post-orgasmic Illness Syndrome (POIS) is a challenging and debilitating condition primarily experienced by men. Characterized by flu-like or allergy-like symptoms after orgasm, it encompasses seven distinct clusters, ranging from fatigue to headaches, muscle pain, and more. Despite being considered rare, recent international registry data suggests its prevalence might be higher than initially thought.
