In this episode, I discuss the frequency of love as the point of coherence in our bodies and the need for self-love to be cultivated before we can love others. Self-love emerges when we grow to love our own company – when we are truly happy alone. I also talk about the journey from self-love to unconditional love and the impact on ourselves, those in our energy range, and all life. Fear is often the motivation to love, and since fear and love are on opposing frequencies, they can never exist together. Therefore, our valiant attempts to love and be loved are thwarted by the truth of who we are – which is the sum of our fears. Lastly, I daydream about what life on earth (and in the galaxies) might look like if we all existed on the love frequency.

It outlines the conditioning needed for our consciousness to expand beyond the parameters of the life we perceive. Through preparing our bodies with self-love and accountability, we undergo a chemical infusion that rebuilds and expands our body's systems from the inside out – affecting who we are and how the cosmos perceive us. Our purpose is illuminated by this inner expansion – but this expansion requires our commitment and intention to, physically as well as spiritually, evolve.
