In this episode, I describe the upgrade in my energetic makeup and the effect on my mind, emotions, and physical body. The purpose of this change in vibrational quality is to elevate us – and the earth beyond the 3D out of the dense lower energy which collects and stores our negative experiences and memories. In this lighter energy, I live in a state of buoyancy and abundance without fear-based thinking, which is a default state of mind in the lower 3D frequency.
