Between graduating from college without an identity, working her first career in over drive, and handling "adulting" her health slipped away. A year and a half, many shopping sprees and plenty of workouts later she is just getting her new lifestyle started. 

Caught up with Crossfit Masters athlete Sheryl Boyd, Ranked #32 in 55-60 age group. I found out how she got to be so sassy, compassionate, and driven to achieve her goals as well as what it takes to keep her motivated. 

Sat down with Stonecutter member, Gavin West, to talk about navigating life and creating the life you want. Being a male in society comes with its stereotypes, but Gavin is working to breaking them down and show it's okay to be vulnerable. He walks me through growing up in a close nit family, the repercussions of serving our U.S Military, working through addiction, mental health. and how he's changing the narrative for next generation of men.

Met with Nationally ranked Catalyst Weightlifter Lindsay Pace and Stonecutter member Daniel Hamenway to learn about the OUTFoundation and their impact within the LGBTQ community. Lindsay talks about OUTWOD and her role within the community, and Daniel gives us a look into being an "out" athlete.
