Tammy Lynn shares her battle with Stage 3 Grade 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer. Estrogen, Progesterone positive Her2 negative.  Tammy Lynn's faith has deeply inspired me as she openly shares her Journey with Jesus to make it through the Breast Cancer diagnosis. She took a leap of faith to step out from all she knew into full time ministry. After her diagnosis with Breast cancer it left her seeking answers and trusting God's plan for her life.  God worked out all the details and she walked away strengthened from the journey and she is leading others in their own faith journeys. What an incredible story of faith in the hard times. Beauty from Ashes. This journey with Breast Cancer has also led her to eating healthier and being more aware of what she is putting in and on her body.

Crystal is a 10 year breast cancer survivor! Her passion to heal and to come off the prescription meds led her to Cannabis.  She shares her journey and how it's going. When faced with stage 2B invasive Ductal Carcinoma she sought treatment from her medical oncology team. After Cancer treatments ended she found herself facing depression. As many survivors do. Her Oncology and medical team placed her on many prescription meds that took a negative turn.  She has found a solution that works for her and shares her journey that has led to her being and advocate for cannabis. She shares her life story and how it plays a part of it all for her. She has learned to "take back the power" over her life and it shows in her message.

Jennifer is a Light in this world! She faced DCIS ER+ PR- Her2 - Breast cancer. Her story encourages us to listen to our bodies and always be your own advocate! She is a pastors wife, mom of 3 wonderful kids, teacher, friend, sister, and so much more! She has not let cancer define her and instead she is now using her journey to help others. She and her friend Dr. Lasharon faced Breast cancer together and decided they have a call to help others going through this horrible battle. You don't have to go it alone! They started Table Talk, a now national breast cancer support group. It started just before the Pandemic and then survived from turning to Zoom meetings. This has allowed the group to continue to grow over the years and now has members from all over who would not be able to attend if face to face. The group meets once a month and you can do it from the comforts of your home or in a park or where ever you'd like! Sharing  In Loving memory. Mahala was a fighter till the very end. A true warrior and beautiful soul. May she rest in peace. Mahala passed away this October 2024 after a long battle with Breast Cancer. Losing her makes us all stop and look at life a little more beautifully knowing just how precious time here with our loved ones is. Never take a day for granted. She left an impact on everyone she met. Her memory will live on here on earth while she is in her eternity. 

Mahala is fought Breast cancer not once but twice! After over a decade being cancer free she received the news that she now has Stage four Metastatic Breast cancer and possibly a year to live!  This can be devastating news, but Mahala decided that nobody is going to tell her when she will die! Facing death and big decisions she is forced to look with in herself and decide that she will live and she will heal! She shares her holisitc journey and how her mind set is everything! She is healing and fighting her cancer naturally! Hear her story and know that sometimes healing means leaving this world behind and going on to heaven. She was a beautiful soul and she left behind a wonderful little boy. Our prayers to her family! we all miss her so much. She was such a bright light.

Hearing the word Suspicious is scary, hearing the word biopsy is scary, hearing the words "you need diagnostic imaging" is scary! lets be real! Breast Cancer is scary and because of all the wonderful awareness we are all aware of the high incidence rates. So hearing these word can send fear into even the strongest person! So, let's talk about it! Nikki shares her journey with needing a lumpectomy, hearing it isn't cancer, and what the aftermath looks like. She is open and vulnerable and willing to share her experiences wit a female making her fell "less than" based on her decisions! 

She is an inspiration and she reminds us all how to be better for each other!

In this Episode I interview local Artist Melissa Korel with Pensacola Permanent Makeup. She is doing AMAZING things for Survivors! She is celebrating her 7th year in her industry.! She is such a joy to be around and I KNOW she has changed the lives of so many survivors! When I met her I just knew you needed to meet her too!   Her art is so realistic and beautiful! She is doing 3-D Areola nipple tattoos that are so realistic and look like the nipple is raised! its simply beautiful! Also, If you have experienced hair loss in your eye brows as a result of Chemotherapy she can fill them in a they look so real! And Natural! She is partnered with the Sauler Institute and together after application you may qualify to get her services for free! And if you aren't local to Pensacola they will pair you with an artist near you. How amazing! Melissa is so sweet and just a joy to be around!
