I did an experiment for myself of only doing things that brought me joy for 3 days. The biggest take away I got from it is that having an intention to look at the same things in a certain way can make all the difference.

I talked myself out lol

Acknowledging and owning my experiences without judgement.

Reflecting on coming up against old thought patterns of worth and productivity.

A handful of magical moments that i never could have imagined. Some tears but in an amazing way.

Believing in myself and the love that is there for me. I'm excited to see how my life keeps unfolding.

I had a 180 flip of my understanding of doubt and I'm so excited to share it with you. Now onto learning the difference between doubt and a genuine self no lol. Thank you so much Ashley @Badass Manifestor Podcast for helping me with this breakthrough.
